Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the mc baji platform. This document establishes the legal basis for use of the service between you and us.
By using the mc baji website or mobile app, you are considered to have fully read and accepted these terms and conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the platform.
General Provisions
1.1 Nature of the Agreement
mc baji is an online gaming and sports betting platform built specifically for Bangladeshi users. These terms and conditions form a legally binding agreement between mc baji and each registered member of the platform. The agreement becomes active from the moment an account is created and remains in force for as long as the account is active.
These terms and conditions, written in English, shall be considered final for the purposes of interpretation. In the event of a conflict with any translated version, the English version shall take precedence.
1.2 Scope of Services
mc baji's services include: casino games, slots, live casino, sports betting, fishing games and other online gaming activities. The platform is provided for personal and recreational use only. Use of the platform for commercial purposes or on behalf of third parties is strictly prohibited.
Eligibility and Registration
2.1 Age Requirement
Users must be 21 years of age or older to open an account and participate in any gaming activity on the mc baji platform. Account registration or use of services by minors is strictly prohibited. mc baji may at any time request an identity document or other proof for age verification, and account activity may be restricted until verification is complete.
2.2 Registration Process
When registering for membership, users must provide accurate and complete information, including:
- Full legal name (as shown on the National ID card)
- Active mobile number
- Email address
- Date of birth
Providing false or incomplete information may result in the account being immediately suspended or closed, and any available balance may be forfeited.
2.3 One Account Policy
Each user may hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts by the same person, household or device will be considered a breach of these terms. If this policy is violated, all associated accounts may be permanently closed.
Account Security
3.1 Password and Access
It is the user's own responsibility to keep their account secure. Login details must not be shared with anyone. Use a strong password and change it regularly. If you suspect any unauthorised access, notify the mc baji support team immediately — our support is active 24 hours a day in both Bengali and English.
3.2 Account Verification (KYC)
To ensure secure payment processing, mc baji carries out an identity verification process (Know Your Customer — KYC). The following documents may be requested before processing a withdrawal or for large transactions:
- Copy of National ID (NID) or passport
- Proof of ownership of the payment method (such as details linked to your bKash or Nagad number)
- Proof of address (if required)
If the required documents are not submitted within the specified time, account activity may be restricted.
Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 Deposit Rules
The minimum deposit amount at mc baji is ৳500. Deposits can be made via: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (major commercial banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank and Islami Bank). Deposits are generally processed quickly, though bank transfers may take slightly longer.
The payment method used on the account must be registered in the user's own name. Deposits made through third parties are not permitted.
4.2 Withdrawal Rules
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are generally processed within 5–30 minutes. The same method used for the deposit must be used for the withdrawal — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer.
Before a withdrawal request is processed, it will be checked whether any active wagering requirements on the account have been met. If an active bonus has an unfulfilled wagering requirement, the withdrawal may be temporarily delayed.
Bonuses and Promotions
All bonus offers at mc baji come with specific wagering requirements. Please read the terms carefully before accepting a bonus.
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 20 times the bonus amount. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus and a total balance of ৳2,000; before withdrawing, ৳1,000 × 20 = ৳20,000 must be wagered.
5.2 Other Promotional Offers
mc baji runs the following promotional offers, each subject to specific terms:
- mc baji Weekly Deposit Festival: 20% bonus on weekly deposits, up to ৳3,000, wagering 18x, minimum deposit ৳500.
- mc baji Slot Fun Bonus: 30% bonus on slot deposits, up to ৳5,000, wagering 25x, minimum deposit ৳500.
- mc baji Cricket Frenzy Offer: 25% bonus on sports deposits, up to ৳4,000, wagering 20x, minimum deposit ৳500.
- mc baji Birthday Special Reward: Automatically up to ৳1,000 reward in the registered birthday month, wagering 10x.
- mc baji Refer a Friend Promotion: Up to ৳800 reward for adding a new active member through a referral, wagering 12x.
5.3 General Bonus Terms
- Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time.
- Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — it becomes withdrawable only after the wagering requirement has been met.
- If bonus abuse is suspected, mc baji reserves the right to cancel the bonus and forfeit any associated winnings.
- Each bonus offer has a specific expiry period — expired bonuses will be cancelled automatically.
Gaming Rules
6.1 Betting Limits
mc baji sets minimum and maximum betting limits for each game. These limits are displayed in the game interface. A maximum single-bet limit may apply when using bonus balance — exceeding this limit carries the risk of the bonus being cancelled.
6.2 Technical Issues
If a technical error, disconnection or system problem occurs during a game, mc baji may consider the relevant round void and the bet amount will be returned. Any unusual winnings accidentally generated due to a software error will not be considered valid.
6.3 Sports Betting Rules
Odds offered in sports betting are variable and may change until the market closes. The odds applicable at the time a bet is confirmed are final. If an event is cancelled, the bet will be considered void and the bet amount will be returned. In the case of a multi-bet, if one selection is cancelled, the bet will be restructured with the remaining selections.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the mc baji platform:
- Abusing the bonus system or gaining advantages through multiple accounts
- Using automated software, bots or scripts to operate games
- Collusion or collaboration with other users
- Money laundering or conducting illegal financial activities
- Attempting to hack or gain unauthorised access to the platform's software or systems
- Opening multiple accounts using false information
- Spreading false or misleading information about the platform
Engaging in any of the above activities will result in the account being permanently closed and all balances may be forfeited.
Account Suspension
8.1 Suspension by mc baji
mc baji reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend an account without prior notice for breach of terms, suspected fraud, incomplete KYC verification or any other reasonable cause. The user will be informed of the reason for suspension by email or live chat.
8.2 Account Closure Request by User
If a user wishes to close their account voluntarily, they may contact the support team. All active wagering must be completed and any withdrawable balance settled before the account is closed. Limitation of Liability
9.1 Service Availability
While mc baji strives to provide uninterrupted service at all times, the service may be temporarily unavailable due to technical maintenance, system upgrades or unforeseen circumstances. mc baji will not be liable for any losses arising in such situations.
9.2 Game Results
All game results are governed by a neutral Random Number Generator (RNG). mc baji has no control over game results and cannot guarantee any specific outcome. Gaming is a recreational activity and there is always a risk of financial loss.
9.3 Third-Party Software
The mc baji platform contains content from various game providers including Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, Evolution and Spribe. mc baji bears limited liability for any issues or errors in this third-party software, and the relevant provider's terms may also apply.
Privacy Policy
10.1 Data Collection and Use

10.2 Data Security

Responsible Gaming
mc baji believes that gaming is a recreational activity — not a solution to financial problems. Always play within your means and seek help if needed.
11.1 Self-Control Tools

- Setting daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits
- Account cooling-off (break) for a set period

Changes to Terms
12.1 Right to Make Changes
mc baji reserves the right to change, add to, or cancel these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified in advance of significant changes via email or a platform notification.
12.2 Use After Changes
If a user continues to use the platform after changes to the terms, they will be considered to have accepted the new terms. If a user does not agree with the new terms, they may request to close their account.
